Welcoming Dr. John K. Pottle to the team at Windham Chiropractic and Rehabilitation.
Windham Chiropractic Family,
Due to your support and patronage our practice has continued to grow. In order to provide you with the best standard of care and accommodate this increased demand I have decided to bring on an additional practitioner. We are very excited to welcome Dr. John Pottle D.C. to Windham Chiropractic and Rehabilitation beginning in October of 2022.
Dr. Pottle is coming to us as he transitions from a role as an independently contracting coverage doctor. In his former role he would travel to fill in for Maine chiropractors in need of time off for various reasons, hereby allowing him to integrate effective components of various practice strategies. He graduated from Palmer Chiropractic Florida in 2020, and is also a 2016 graduate Cum Laude of Saint Josephs College in Standish, ME.
In his free time Dr. Pottle enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and six year old son John. Their hobbies include camping, fishing, hiking, and cooking. Dr. Pottle also enjoys gardening and taking in the four seasons of Maine. Dr. Pottle served four years in the United States Army including a one year tour to Mosul Iraq. He has a great deal of respect for the veterans in our community and strives to accommodate their needs as an underserved demographic.
His generation of chiropractors has been taught to address chiefly the spine, as well the contributing muscle and tendons which are associated with joints that are not readily mobile. Through the use of: Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, and flexion/distraction mobilization we encourage the body to relax prior to the adjustment. These practices in concert with specific spinal adjustment and tailored exercises allow the body to heal better faster and stronger.
Dr. Pottle will be around the office as we bring him online as a practitioner. In order to accommodate the increased need, as well as increase my own personal time, this is a good choice for the practice. I have developed a good personal relationship with him as a person, and believe him to be a more than proficient adjuster.
